there`s no better way to lose weight than exercising and following a diet. In any case, see a doctor.

I think your weight is fine.
I understand how you feel on the exercise thing. But it is necessary. You don't say how old you are, but get yourself an iPod. Join a gym. Go a few times a week, put on your favorite songs and beat on the treadmill for a cardio workout. It is amazing how fast 45 minutes can go when you are listening to your favorite songs.
See, if they have fitness thing like curves does. The gym i go to has the circuit but I just do the weights on those days not the cardio.
In 10 weeks, without really changing my diet I have lost 9 pounds.
It builds muscle, I think my heart is in better shape and my cholesterol hopefully is down. I should be helping to stave off osteoporosis.
I spend no more then 4 hours a week and as a benefit, I shower at athe gym. This saves money on my oil bill because I don't heat the water.
Bet you never thought of that bennie?! I spend 3 days 45 minutes cardio and 3 days 30 minutes weight training.

No you are not! Don't let people tell you that you are because you are not. As long as you eat healthy and take care of yourself don't worry about it. People are different sizes. Its just more pressure on women to be thin which is bull****.
Hold your head up high and don't listen to what people say. But I would try some form of exercise (not to lose weight) but to stay healthy because it does reduce stress and make you feel better about yourself so you wouldn't have to ask that question.
I weigh around that myself but I'm not that tall so you're thinner than me. But I'm seen as small and petite so I know you are skinny at 5'10.

No, you atually sound very healty. So don't fret about it.
I hate excercise too, but I do a program called Oxycize, which is about using oxygen to loose weight, it really works. I also love Denise Austin, she is very good and has all sorts of dvds covering all sorts of things like yoga, pilates, aerobics etc.
Good luck.

Weight wise, you are fine
Body image wise, you are not
Options include...
1. Exercise (a great habit and even more important as you get older)
2. Change your style, especially clothing

If you hate exercizing, you still need to. Because when you are an adult you could become very large.
Fun exercizes-- Swimming. Riding your bike. Walking your dog. Going on a walk. Hey, you could even do all those with a friend so it's more fun.
