It depends on your weight, but I think that those are made to withstand quite a beating. It would take an awful lot of weight, and since you have even taken the initiative to exercise, I doubt that you really weigh enough to pop it or such!

well when you blow up the ball you close it with a peg. if you bounce on it with th epeg on the ground then it has a low probability of bursting. exercise balls are supposed to be strong enough to bounce on.

Bounceing on it lightly will work your thighs and butt. Just don't bounce on it too hard.

sure it's okay. why wouldn't it be? they' re made for people to be on them so they gottta be durable. if it feels like your getting a workout then go ahead and bounce.

It is ok to bonce on it. It can take a lot of wiehgt on it before it pops. they make them that way so if a small kid jumps on it and it won't pop and hert themselves. So you can jump on it as much as you want. I have seen two people on them before.

I think it depends on how much you way. Usually I don't think it will pop, but if you put too much pressure on it will. Also if you wegh like 200 lbs I think it will pop.

They're pretty sturdy. Just don't go all bouncy-crazy and it'll hold up.
