These things (pills) are roughly a penny a piece. Are you really willing to risk your health for a few pennies. Don't waste your time reading the answers to your question. Spend it heading for the store to buy a new bottle.

call your local pharmacist...
and check for the expiration date.
but those extra fuzz...i dont know...it may be a bacteria fest in that bottle
