Is a women's c*m supposed to be gooey? Or what should the texture be?

I would suggest that you go to the nearest Planned Parenthood to get the most accurate information. Just in case you may have an infection or something, where the color and texture is different from what it's suppose to be, they can address the situation. The female secretion is not much different from a man. If performing oral sex it can taste salty and be a little sticky.
If it changes color you might want to check with an ob/gyn
it could be the sign of infection.
