I am a 25 y.o. female, 5'6" and about 145 pds. I have always my entire life been very fit/active and perfect weight. Within this year i have gained about 15-20 pounds. I work in an office full time every day and don't have much time or the energy after/before work to exercise. i am going on vacation in 5 weeks to the lake and want to lose some pounds before then. Any advice on some fast weight loss without starving myself or having to do much exercise?? Any food diet's i can try, detox., etc.??

just eat healthy 3 times a day drink lots of water dont eat past 7 pm and if you eat chicken make sure there is no flavor its healitiher and can help you lose lots of weight o and maybe work out 20 - 30 mins a day

You can lose weight fast, but you'll just gain it all back. I've lost 14 pounds since May 30th... it's a slow process if you take the safe and healthy approach.

Weight watchers is a great place to go (thats how I lost my weight)! They'll give you a great plan that balances eating healthily and exercising.

you can use fat burners it is a pill that you take and will help you lose alot of weight in a short amount of time like yours but you still need to juet take a short walk even at night or on lunch

I would suggest cutting carbs and sweets and drinking plenty of water...Sorry to say, but you may want to do some sort of exercise, even if its just for 15minutes a day..it will make all the difference. If you exercise in the morning..you speed up your metabolism for the rest of the day.

eat food which is high in protein and low in calories and carbs and eat small portions 4-5 times a day and drink lots of liquids

No, there is no way you can lose it in that short of time. Diet and exercise has to be a way of life.
