I am a 25 y.o. female, 5'6" and about 145 pds. I have always my entire life been very fit/active and perfect weight. Within this year i have gained about 15-20 pounds. I work in an office full time every day and don't have much time or the energy after/before work to exercise. i am going on vacation in 5 weeks to the lake and want to lose some pounds before then. Any advice on some fast weight loss without starving myself or having to do much exercise?? Any food diet's i can try, detox., etc.??
