i dont want to lose heaps and heaps of weight, just a little and to tone up my flabby tummy.
mon - 20 mintue jog, 50 - 80 situps with ab-roller
tues- 20 minutes jog, random dancing, 50 situps(abroller)
wed - 25 mintue jog, 80 situps with abroller
thurs - 20 minute jog, star jumps, dancing
fri- 25 minute job, situps with abroller and star jumps
sat- 20 minute jog, 15 minute walk, situps with abroller
sun- rest
is it okay?
