Yes, super hot body temps can kill sperm, as can super cold temps. The reason they're stored where they are is becuase the temp is perfect down there and any imbalance can damage the sperm. For instance, in cold water, the testes shrivel up to bring the sperm closer into the body, where it's warmer, as a survival technique.

Sperms are in testis, testis is in scrotom sac which hangs outside d body. Do u know y is it so?
Its to keep d testis 2 degrees less than body temp i.e 36-38 deg Cel.
It's coz sperms are healthy being cool....
Hot conditions causes decreased generation of new sperms.
Hence decrease in sperm count...
