take Hoodia.....its a specific form of cactus grown in an african desert... it is all natural so it cant hurt you and the people of the country eat it to control their hunger on long trips and hunts, it has been tested over and over and works if you buy the real stuff.... i buy DEX-L10 at GNC its like 30 or 40 bucks but it works i wake up and eat a bowl of cereal with fruit with it and im not hungry again until like 5pm and then ill just eat something small wiht another one and thats all i eat durring the day but i also take a malti vitamin to keep me nurished becuase not eating can cause problems with nourishment.... plus exercising is a must to lose weight ne ways becuase the only way to healthily loose weight is burn more calories than you take in, hoodia only helps you do this to lose weight you must be motivated and want to do it, there will never be a magic pill that you take that makes you skinny it takes work and dedication! but you can do it! Eat healthy snacks. The 100 calorie snack packs are yummy too!! I totally snack on those when I get hungry and they do help (Cause I too love to eat!!). Also, try drinking more water- If you do not like the taste of plain water- There are plenty of great water fillers out there. Ex: Crystal Light teas (Tons of flavor), Kool-Aid, Ect...
Weird thing is that the more meals you eat the faster you will lose weight. The thing is that if you only eat one time a day- Your body will hold to the little or no food you have just cause it doesnt know when its next meal will arrive- In turn causing you just to gain weight instead of lose it. Another thing is that if you eat a ton "junk" food all day- Your not going to lose weight either just because your adding a ton of unhealthy carbs and fats in your body.
So in short, just snack on the 100 calorie snack packs (They come either the trail mix, Oreo, Chip Ahoy, Teddy Grams, Gummy Bears, Cheese-its...Ect....
Also, try drinking more water it also fills you up too.

Your not supposed to stop eating. Keep on eating what you want. The key to losing weight is to get your life so busy you don't have time to snack. Join every hobbiest club you can think of, start a sidejob, get active in charities and things that make you do more activity. Then when you spend all your time other places besides home you will only be able to eat a little and will lose wieght just because you will be spending more energy than you take in.

W-A-T-E-R! I know it sounds simple, but try drinking 8 glasses a day. It is not as easy as it sounds. Drink a glass of water before you eat anything. Not only does this decrease your body wanting to suck every ounce of sugar and water and retain it, but it shrinks the space for additional food. Really I know how simple it seems and you may be thinking, yeah right, however it really does work. Try doing so for a week and you should see your first 5 pounds drop. I would also recommend drinking Coconut juice. It naturally passes the fat found in food into the waste pile so to speak, however remember to drink plenty of water! Good luck. This helped me loose almost 15 pounds in less than 60 days!

Making a List
There are so many foods that pile on the calories and then you are hungry five minutes later. Today, we are looking at foods that are good for you and fill you up. Yes, they are out there and they are a dieter's best friend.
*Bananas
One small banana should be included in a special list containing nothing but wonder foods. The potassium is great for your blood pressure and here is something you might not know. If you eat anything salty, you should counteract the effect with a food containing potassium.
*Nuts
Lets face it, nuts taste great and they are surprisingly good for you. On the down side, they are high in fat. On the upside, it's a good fat, but you still don't want to over do it. Very few will fill you up quickly and research is telling us that they are also good for the heart
Almonds are also especially good for your nails! A few a day is all it takes to help harden weak nails.
*Ice Water
I find that I snack a lot less if I carry a bottle of iced water around with me during the day. Research is also telling us that as women age, they need even more to prevent dehydration
Cottage Cheese
I rely on low fat cottage cheese, accompanied by well drained, well rinsed, canned peaches as a dessert. A small serving satisfies me, while the rest of the family has enjoys their own dessert. While it might not be your cup of tea, the point I'm trying to make is that there are desserts out there that you can substitute for that piece of cake.
*Yogurt
With so many varieties of yogurt to choose from, it's right up there in the wonder food category. If you are seriously watching calories, there is a fat free/sugar free version and it is as thick and creamy as the full fat varieties. If you don't want artificial sweeteners added, it is really easy to buy the plain unflavored tubs and then add your own fruit. Problem solved. *Be sure to choose one that contains active culture however. See below for my reason.

Unfortunately, eating less alone, will not do it. You must exercise too. Running is best. It burns a lot of calories and if you keep running, pretty soon, you can eat whatever you want. (but of course, healthy food is better.) Eating fiber also helps (whole grains, vegetables, nuts and fruit.) Fiber makes you feel full. Also, after you finish a meal, if you still feel hungry, wait 20 mins. before eating anything else. Usually it takes 20 mins. for the body to realize it is full.
Please don't give up. You can do this!

Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
Limit caffeine, it makes you hungry.
High fiber diet - lots of veggies and fruit. Apples are good.
Also, make sure you get protein at each meal to help balance the blood sugar.
