Is your boyfriend able to hold down any fluids? If not, he's probably dehydrated by now and needs to be seen in the emergency room. Does he have a fever (temperature more than 100 degrees)? That could be a sign of dehydration also, or else an infection. If he doesn't have a fever and he's not dehydrated, you need to get him to a clinic or doctor's office to be seen. There's no way we can give good advice over the internet, without seeing him.

The problem with vomiting is that it causes you to loose fluid, therefore becoming dehydrated. If this had been going on for a week, he probably does not feel like drinking or eating because he just throws up. The best thing would be to go to the hospital. They can give IV fluids untill he is rehydrated, and they may find the problem and stop it.

You do need to go to the hospital. There is obviously something wrong. You won't get a diagnosis here on Yahoo. Try a free clinic if you don't have health insurance. Plus, if he doesn't have health insurance, what is he doing having a girlfriend and going out on dates and buying you flowers when he should be paying his healthcare premiums? Why is love more important than health and well-being? He should be working so he can pay for healthcare and then he could go to the hospital whenever necessary.

Hey girl if you love your boyfriend bring him to the hospital! Bringing him there is better than guessing and asking us all what is happening and we are giving advises on a case that we do not know the root cause? Why don't you want to go to the hospital anyway? Rather than sitting in the computer waiting for answers, bring him to ER to end your botfriend's discomforts and worries.

Try a free health clinic or doctor.
If getting medical answers from yahoo does not work that is.
