there are many degrees of pms and many ways to treat it, meds, relaxation methods like yoga, exercise, no caffein, hormone therapy, im not sure how well any of them work

My wife swears that cold or sour stuff really add to the pain. No cold water, no ice-cream, no lemon in anything.
