Storks bring them to Walmart to the back door and parents are waiting in the back by layaway to buy them. They figure if they dont like you there is a sign that says they want to make you a happy customer by fixing replacing or refunding your purchase. That is why you rarely see the same kids leaving with the same parents they came in with.

The stork brings it. He finds it in a cabbage patch under the leaves, puts it in a diaper, and brings it to people so they can pay for it for 18 long years. Isn't that nice?
