it depends were you masturbating if so normal this is referred to as ejaculate it is a mixture of seminal fluids and sperm this usually starts when you go through puberty be aware you are able to impregnate a girl if you have sex wrap up your bad boy.

Yes, it's normal, and I'm assuming you're young since this is the first time, so keep it away from vaginas until you understand what happens.
