Ever since I was a child I have had this recurring Problem. I will start burping, except it tastes like a fart. No im serious here, it will last for days or hours no matter what i eat it stays and tastes the same. It is always followed by severe stomach problems vomiting, stomach cramps, and diarrea 8 hours to a day after the burping begins. its not constant and it hits once or twice a year at best, when i was young it was more often. I just gave birth a month ago and its been happening all week, and im 32, what the heck is this and why is the taste so distinct and the same everytime?

The problem is clear. You have a digestive problem going on here. On a daily basis drink apple cider vinegar, yeah you heard me right. Sounds gross but here is what you do to make this drink. One table spoon of vinegar in a 12once glass of water, stir it well and drink it straight down. Drink more water in a day eat apples really good for the digestive tract..

My hubby and father-in-law have a similar problem. FIL depends on anti-gas meds every single day. He consulted a nutrition specialist to help figure out what it is that he can't tolerate. Turns out his problem is certain kinds of fats. For you it could be something different. You may even have gall bladder issues. If I were you, I'd go see a gastroenterologist and maybe a nutritionist.

You may have a gastrointestinal disorder. I would have your doc refer you to a GI specialist. Since it doesn't occur all the time, I cant think of it as being a chronic condition, like IBS, Crohn's, etc. Talk to you doctor before getting to weirded out.

Avoid eggs and all non-vegetarian food. Eat plenty of garlic. Drink plenty of water.Eat plenty of fruits and avoid potatoes and other gas forming foods. If possible do YOGIC exercise named NAULI KRIYA this would certainly remove all your stomach related problems.
