YES
STD means SEXUALLY TRANSMITABLE DISEASE.
That name merely includes any disease which can be transmitted through sexual contact. However, pretty much any disease can spread with or without sexual contact given the right conditions.
Blood transfusions can spread AIDS.
Eating behind people can spread Herpes or hepatitis.

Yes, it is suprisingly very possible. First of all cases of contracting STD even without sexual contact is very rare. There was this instance whereby a woman took a seat in a cinema theatre and after she sat down she felt a sharp pain in her back. When she turned to look at the source of the pain, there was a sharp needle, with a note written across saying, "you have contracted STD". This is a true story which happened and what really happened is that the needle contained STD, and it entered her blood stream. It is afterall a kind of bacteria in itself.

STD = Sexually Transmitted Disease.
With sexual contact if you have any disease it certainly will not be termed as STD. Cheer up.

I guess that depends on your definition of sexual contact. You can get and transmit STD's by oral sex. Crabs can be transmitted just by laying naked against each other. Most require body fluid transfers or contact with semen or vaginal fluids.

yes, candida is in the category of stds but it can be passed on by his hands or yours to yourself if you dont wash before and after playing. and oral sex can pass herpes, and if a man has an std and a woman gives him oral and he ejaculates she can get the disease through that, into her blood stream.
