there are 1.2 million morbidly obese people in the UK today. is it fair for them to be taking up bed spaces and surgery slots for what is basically a self inflicted illness? why can't these people just exercise and eat less?

i have had a tibialis posterior release in december of 2005, and now i get pain and swelling in my foot and around my archiles tendon and i can not walk or work or do anything as i get to much pain around my heel and archiles tendon. My surgeon said i may have ' seronegative spondyloarthropathy is this possible?

(This is serious please). Ok so the other day, me and my boyfriend were at the beach having sex, then after that when we got home we were messing around and he inserted his finger inside of me. Everything was fine but then the next day I felt I was in a lot of pain, it hurts when I pee! I'm not sure if I have a cut inside of my vagina (maybe from his finger), and that's why it hurts? Or could it be discomfort from sand? I've never had a urinary tract infection but I know that burning when you pee is one of the symptoms but I'm not sure!

I've been having this problem for 3 years. The thing is, I never use to have this problem before. It just started for no reason. I 've never even been in a car accident. So, I know this is a mental issue. I really want to be back to normal again. I can't seem to make it over 40 mph without having to hold something or break really fast. When I drive, people behind me sometimes pass and honk their horn and I'm afraid I'll get a ticket one day from the cops. Would seeing a psychiatrist possibly help me? Is there anyone else with this same mental problem? Thanks..

I wanted to take those vitamins in one day, is it ok to do it? Not necessarily at one time, maybe centrum in the morning then iron and vit c by lunch and dinner. oh i have to take anti-histamine too for 5 days for my allergy.

Am currently on the pill and have been for some time, having been in a relationship for 7 years, but have recently decided that I'd like to have a break from it. Was wondering if there is another effective form of contraception that would be suitable?
