I'm in my thirties and I appear to have lost a half size in the last few years or so!

It is a well known fact that as you get older you stop growing and begin to shrink, therefore would it not be possible that your feet do not need to be as big due to centre of gravity and base spread (short things on wide bases, stable, tall things on small bases unstable) Have you lost a little height as well? Unless you have started to fall over more often I wouldn't complain, it's cheaper, kids shoes are vat free..... :-)

That isn't normal that I'm aware of....actually it should be the opposite....your ears, nose and feet continue to grow throughout your life due to the amount of cartilage in them. I don't think that your feet shrinking is normal....see a doctor.

its possible, rarely tho, but not in ur age. ppl in eighties and nineties may rarely hve their feet reduced. now again this is very very RARE.
now, coming to ur problem, this is unusual, u shud consult a good general physician and follow his advice
all the best
