Actualy to be honest ive had a recent drug abuse issue and im really worried thats what its from...plz answer.

I agree with the ulcer from pill use, especially mixing pills.
Marijuana can cause a pain in the chest sometimes, I've seen it alot, and usually after you smoke again you're ok, unless you quit and then you just need to wait it out. It's weird because I don't think marijuana is physically addictive and science says no but I've seen a lot of this chest pain thing.
I can't really type out every drug here, so try erowid.org and check the long term effect of drugs you've been on.
Whether drug related or not, if it's getting worse, go to a doctor. Remember that what you tell a doctor is confidential, just tell the doctor that you want drug related or other information you tell them kept confidential.
It's your health and that needs to come first. Hope this helps and you feel better. =)

more than likely it is gas pains. Mix 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of cold water and chug it down......standby, major burp and instant relief to follow!

sounds like your stomach. could be an ulcer there from the drug use--if they were pill form--go to the doctor
