I am not sure what he is meant by "seronegative". Seronegative for what? Seronegative means that a test is negative in the serum - but which test was performed? Was it a test for inflammation like CRP or ESR or a test for rheumatoid arthritis or a test for gout? Or maybe he means that all blood tests performed were negative for any specific causes of the problem. That doesn't mean that a problem doesn't exist, but only that it is not evident in your circulatory system. If you are having this many problems after the surgery, it might be time to seek the help of a different doctor for a second opinion.
