I have server typhoid fever between every 3-4 months. I have treated it for almost 18 yrs now. I have been on serveral medication. Culture test did not determined the type of virue but widal test report is O=1/320 H=1/160 on most occassion. How can i treat it effectively.?

I am a student in a medical class and while taking BP I learned that my systolic number is a little on the low side. I was wondering if anyone had any insight as to why this might be. I am very active-3to5days a wk. workouts, I am 30yrs. old, and my diet is great. I would appreciate any help, thanks!

I started taking Depo-Provera back in May. I have had incredibly heavy and painful periods for as long as I can remember. My doctor had me try many different birth control pills, and none of them seemed to have any effect on my period whatsoever. So I called her up one day and requested to try the shot, as I had just got out of school for the year, and knew that attempting to remember taking a pill between a job and summer classes would be impossible.

Luckily over these past few months I have had no side effects at all. My question is I am due to get my next shot this upcoming Monday. I noticed a few days ago I had a bit (extremely small) of bleeding, but thought nothing of it. Then yesterday I had a decent amount of bleeding, and realized this might be my period. There is nothing there today however.

Has anyone undergone these circumstances, or know if this will increase in intensity, maybe keep spotting, or is it possible not to have one after the first month? Any insight?

I've tried regular vitamens like Centrum, Womens Altra Mega, Noni Juice ect, but nothing seems to work. I'm tired all the time. I don't eat great, but I get my veggies in & sleep ok. I've spent a lot of money on these things and they're not working. My doctor says to work out, but if I can barley get through what I'm supposed to do every day, how can I add extra to my day.... I'm too tired to work out. I'm looking for something that works pretty quick and not take 30 to 60 or 90 days to take effect. Any suggestions?

Take me for instance, I've gotten bigger since I hit the weight room. However, I still have those small arms and legs, I'm just well toned and cut with small muscle but noticeable. I've always been a small frame 5'9 person who is blessed with more speed than strength hereditarily. Do you think that naturally if I worked on speed more than strength I would easily improve at speed much faster and easier than strength because of the poor genetic structure in strength but great structure in speed? Also, is it the genetics that's responsible for body frame size as well no matter how hard you hit the weights?
