Take me for instance, I've gotten bigger since I hit the weight room. However, I still have those small arms and legs, I'm just well toned and cut with small muscle but noticeable. I've always been a small frame 5'9 person who is blessed with more speed than strength hereditarily. Do you think that naturally if I worked on speed more than strength I would easily improve at speed much faster and easier than strength because of the poor genetic structure in strength but great structure in speed? Also, is it the genetics that's responsible for body frame size as well no matter how hard you hit the weights?
