Dear friend, trying an over counter drug is extremely dangerous if you are not aware of the side effects of it. A licensed pharmacist will not have the authority to grant you that drug you buy to have a safe side effects because he/she does not have any idea of your medical histories. I suggest you go for a medical checkup in a nearby hospital or medical centre, have a doctor to order some basic blood tests to check your haemoglobin and other body mineral counts. That will prove whether or not you'll need any energy supplement. I work in a hospital, trust me, i know how dangerous it is to subscribe to OTCs. When your doctor told you to work out, did he check you thoroughly? Did he order any blood sample to be taken? Bear that in mind, any vitamin or energy supplement will be considered based on your blood results. Have regular exercises is best, but you need to go for further checkups to know the cause of being tired all the time. Getting OTC without knowing the cause is extremely dangerous. I hope this helps.

Are you drinking enough water? Next time you are feeling really tired during the day, drink a couple glasses of water, even if you aren't thirsty, just to see if it makes any difference. Also, make sure you're getting enough protein in your diet. Another obvious thing that people overlook is whether they are getting enough sleep. Try to sleep just 20 to 30 more minutes a night for a week or so and see if it makes a difference. Most of us are walking around dehydrated and sleep-deprived and we don't even know it. It also wouldn't hurt to add a B complex to your supplement regimen.

honestly, it's hard to tell because it depends on so many factors--age, diet, weight, etc... but the general rule of thumb applies to pretty much everything these days...
* limit sugar intake + carbs (soda, candy, breads, pastas, etc...)
* increase your protein + veggies + whole grains
* start walking on a treadmill, then gradually build up (unless your job is physical in nature and you're working more than 12 hour days, then you really have to make the effort to get there)
* limit your alcohol + caffeine intake (that made such a difference for me!)
hope this helps!

Yes, Dr. Taub's Nature's Code Vitamins are fabulous and geared to your age/sex. You can buy them online at QVC (or HSN) and actually they are cheaper than buying a bunch of other stuff that doesn't even come close to natures code. They are packed individually; and they have CoQ10 in them and all the recommended doses of vitamins and minerals we need. They won't upset our stomach either. My hubby and I take the ones for "over 50" and have found that we have alot more energy and even have perked up mentally. I think Dr. Taub has a web site at naturescode.com....try it. They are really great!

I used to laugh at this. now I am so tiered I just can't seem to work out.
v-B-1 B6 B-12 will help but you need to just push even when you are tiered
Tell yourself you are going to work out 3 min then stick to it then in 2 weeks 8 Min's. then just keep adding till you are back in the groove
JUST PUSH I know its hard but you can do it.
If you get more tiered from vitamins back off.....it does happen

You should have your doctor test you for Vitamin B deficiency.
But, in all honesty..it's probably your diet.
If you don't give your body enough calories to work..it won't.
It will be hard the first 2-4 weeks of FORCING yourself to workout...but it WILL get easier and easier..and you'll start looking and feeling better and better..i promise.
PS - go hiking / camping? Have doc check for Lyme disease, chronic fatigue syndrome...or even...leukemia
