Yahoo makes the rules get to higher levels then you can ask more questions

They restric you- as you go up the levels the more questions and or answers you can do. I am at level 4 soon to be 5 I have no restrictions now as I have worked my way up

Actually you can only ask 13 currently because questions cost you 5 points each.
THe higher your rank, the more questions you can ask. The more questions you ask the lower your rank.
This device is in place to prevent spammers and bots.

you need to answer as well i guess so you dont just ask questions or something i can kind of understand
