how does the milk come out from breast?there is no hole in my nipple.after child birth do they put hole in the nipple.hey dont laugh....im serious.tell me coz i donno

My parents know I have issues with eating, but they take it lightly. I do to, it hasn't been a big deal except for the emotional pain. I am underweight, I am of average weight, 5'6" and 155 lbs.
