till now i am healthy and fine without taking brakfast.

I was like you...I never ate it and still don't until after I exercise. But I read somewhere that people that eat breakfast actually live longer....I need all the help I can get! Good luck to you!

i don't and i feel better bcuz of it. we're all told breakfast is the most important meal of the day blah blah blah. true to a certain extent but you're gonna eat 4 hours later anyways and in between breakfast and lunch you probably don't do anything energetic if you sit at a desk all day like I do so what's the point I say. eat a good sized brunch and hold off until dinner time and you'll be eating less (less calories, fat, carbs etc) and you'll save some money as well

Im never hungry in the morning either. It is the best meal of the day for you, but sometimes you just don't want to eat nothing. Its not really "bad" for you. But taking a multivitamin will do you good for skipping this meal.

wait just a little longer, when you start feeling excruciating pain in your stomachs caused by an ulcer.
YES, you must have something to eat after 8 or more hours without ingesting anything. Plus, it WILL slow down your metabolism, and you'll end up fat and sick.
Try a shake, yogurt, cold cereal, whatever, but don't do this to your body.

Not eating breakfast isn't necessarily bad for you, but breakfast kick starts your metabolism to give you energy for the day.

Some people get nauseous if they eat early in the morning, so try bringing something small with you for once your stomach can handle it.

I never liked breakfast ither but found once you get in the habit it helps you all through the day

well, your body got used to not taking meals in the morning so its probably alright for now. but when you grow older,sickness of all complication will attack you so be careful and be sure to stay healthy.
