Mydol or Pamprin.

I am the exact same way and i am probably going to end up getting my period on the first day of school and strangiling a professor.

:-/

Just drink alot of water and excersice (reduces cramps).
Mydol and Pamprin have diffrent pills that do different things;

Fatugue, back ache, headache, cramps, mood swings, ect.

Have a Happy Period!

:-)

I would suggest going to the OBGYN and getting some help for this. There are so many hormone regulating medications out there to help with the cramps and PMS.

The best thing to do is get either Pamprin or Advil for the cramps.

I would strongly suggest against using medication that controls your menstrual cycle. These medications are known to have side effects like increased appetite....and we ladies dont want that to happen now do we? So just take some panadol or something when it gets REALLY bad, otherwise just bear with it. Your body is your strongest weapon, let it defend itself.

Are you on birth control? If pms creates major problems, talk to your doctor about birth control to use. While b.c. is used to prevent pregnancies, it also can regulate and control periods and the pains caused by them.

I would also suggest Midol as a preventive measure.
