For me it was the loss of painful hyper-sensitivity. Everything still works down there, it just feels much better now, all the way around. Some guys say you can last longer, I haven't noticed a difference one way or the other.

Don't buy into the pro-intact or pro-circumcision people who have biased viewpoints and misquote studies (which they do 99.9% of the time)... look for guys who have had it done as adults and ask them. Search on BodyBuilding.com forums; they've discussed it before. Most guys who get it done as an adult like it better from what I read, but do your own research.

if you're not sure, try taping your foreskin back for a few weeks and see if you'll like it. Give it a couple weeks to get used to the feeling and then wear it for a while after that so it just feels "normal." It's the best way to educate yourself before anything permanent.

Circumcision at any age is very good. When done as an adult the doctor can more accurately place the cut in the best position to get the sort of result you want (high or low, tight or looser, etc) as your penis is bigger and easier to work on.
