If you are inserting your penis into the anus of a know HIV sufferer you would both have to have a breach on the skin (IE a cut on your penis and the receivers anus). Whether or not you ejaculate is not relevant as the receiver is the infected person, not yourself.

no, you can not get AIDS that way - you can get a sexually transmitted disease and HIV that way - AIDS - the "s" stands for syndrome - you must have HIV and something else - if you have something else and contract HIV, then yes you can get it that way - but that would not be the true definition.
Diseases generally travel through the air, bodily fluid, and other ways, for HIV to be acquired or that has to happen is that the disease does not hit the air and that there is a fluid to under-skin contact.
go to yahoo health and read about sexually transmitted diseases.

You can get a disease from getting in contact with ANY bodily fluid from another person, no matter if you ejaculate or not. Understand this now......any bodily fluid is potentially infective....whether it be tears, snot, saliva, feces, blood, sweat, urine, semen, and the list goes on. All it takes is this bodily fluid to get in contact with an open wound, like a blackhead, pimple, or even a cavity in your teeth. You HAVE to use protection everytime...your life can depend on it. Best of luck to you........

yes you could. if either of you had even the tiniest scratch then you would be swapping blood, so you would more than likely get it. isnt it better to use rubbers? its not worth the risk.

Uhm .....YEH?!?!??
Come on, please. 25 years into the epidimic and we still get these clueless questions. Actually ejaculating may help clear the urethra of any potential infectants.
