It is the same as diet coke but it is the COOL drink at the moment.
Don't waste your money. Drink beer instead.

There isn't that much of a difference between the two. I looked up the nutritional information and diet coke has 1 calorie and zero has 0.7 calories. It has the same amount of sodium. It has twice the amount of Posassium (31 in Zero and 12 in Diet Coke). Zero has 36 mg of Phosphorous and Diet Coke has 18 mg. Zero has a little less caffeine (23 mg in Zero and 31 mg in Diet). The main difference between the two though that I found was that Zero has A LOT less Aspartame (artificial sweetener; 58 mg in Zero compared to 125 in Diet Coke), and also that is has Acesulfame Potassium in it (31 mg in Zero compared to 0 mg in Diet Coke) otherwise everything else is the same. Acesulfame Potassium is another low calorie sweetener that is A LOT safer than aspartame but has a more sugary taste to it.

Personally I think it is; as it has NO SUGAR IN IT!! But it DOES have sweetners in it. Why don't you try coca cola zero for a week and see what it does, and then try normal coke for a week aswell. hope this advice was good and you find out if it REALLY is good for you!!

I have never had this drink, but I would think the same chemicals that are in other soft drinks, especially Regular coke, are in this drink as well. If Coke takes the paint off of your car and can be used to clean your car battery terminals, is that something you really want swimming around in your system.

Then chemicals in it are processed through your liver, causeing strain on your liver. Which will raise your liver enzymes (LFTs). Over time raised LFTs could cause liver damage and may necesitate a liver transplant.
