I'm 14 years old, I'm 66 inches tall, medium-framed, very muscular, and I weigh 113 pounds. The thing is, I went to check my body fat, and it's at only 10.2 percent. I am very active and fit, so is that ok?

Also, I exercise for 1 to 3 hours a day, I only eat lean meats, most of my meals consist of fruits and veggies, and I eat multi-grain bread and rice. My biggest meal is breakfast, I have around 120 cals at lunch, and I eat less than 100 cals at dinner. I counted how many calories I burnt one day and I dicovered that I was only eating 10% of the calories I was burning! It really freaked me out. I'm a health freak, though. So it's really hard for me to like the taste of more fatty things. Could you help me out, please? Some recipies would be awesome. I love Chicken and Tuna.

I am getting my wart excised tomorow. The nurse said they freeze the foot, and cut out the wart. She said the freezing hurts, so I should take an advil before. Does it matter if I take tylenol? I'm about 125 pounds, when would be the best time to take the stuff before the procedure? half an hour, 10 minutes, ect.... Is this a big procedure, and what else should I know (tips, ect...) before tomorow morning?

Ive tried several things to get rid of it. it doesnt hurt, its alittle red. at first i thought it was a sty but its different. it looks like one. but its been there for so long. i think it might be caused by toxins trapped in my eye, body. i have two, very small ones under each eye but the're not noticeable. i really dont want to have to go to the doctor and at the moment dont have the funds. i deffinately dont want to have it surgically removed. Any info would be appreciated.

It's happened maybe four or five times over the past 5 years or so. I'll be carying out my day and over the course of a few minutes, I'll begin to see black and white zig-zag lines in a portion of my eyesight, ususally out of one eye, then the other. One time, it was in my straight line of sight and I had trouble seeing. If I remember correctly, if I close my eyes, they aren't as bad. They last from several minutes to a little over an hour and they seem to "pulsate" a bit... very annoying. What is this?

This started around 6 or 7weeks ago. I have NO swelling, full range of motion, no discoloration, no prior history of knee problems- ever. There was no "sudden injury" - exercise a lot and it started hurting after a long day of working out. The pain is mainly on the inner side and below of my right knee. I also feel a soreness over my kneecap, but I'm not sure if that's just secondary pain. I'm not taking anti-inflammatories because I'm afraid that they will interfere with the healing process. The pain isn't killing me, but it bothers me and I'm afraid that this isn't going to get better. I can walk without a limp, but honestly I do feel tenderness and a little pain when I do walk. I have icing the injury 2 times a day and am not sure if I should continue icing my knee since there has never been any visible swelling. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I still need to be super productive and aggresive in my field. I need to find something that wont make me too loose and carefree. It,s almost like I can't afford to be less stressed out because I think it keeps me on top of things. But, I seriously feel like the anxiety is going to kill me!

I am a white male who was out taking a walk by myself on Christmas Day. A black gang robbed me for some crack money, while they grinded my face into the pavement with their feet. A fourth black male who was not even involved in the crime who watched it happed from accross the street followed me inside a pizza parlor and broke my jaw just for kicks. I have had three surgeries on the left mandible. The pain is so severe that I think about suicide almost all the time. The question is only how I will do it. The last surgery was unneccessary and did the most damage. I live near the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco so it's a no brainer since it's the capital of suicides jumps in the world. I would maybe overdose on heroin because I can't look down, but I don't know how to cook it or inject it and I have to be careful with the laws. If you ever get a broken jaw NEVER let the doctor drill a metal plate on. Wiring the teeth is good enough! You'll thank me for it.

I want to settle a debate between me and my sister-in-law. She is 16, I am 23. She says that if you ahve fleas in your house, that you can get infested with them in your hair. Now I was always told that humans can not get fleas like animals because humans are too clean (they use shampoo, soap reglarly) and that since animals cant clean themselves as clean as humans, thats why they get fleas. Whos right? And will you explain? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE. thank you!
