nope, I do 60 min of cardio and then 30 minutes of weights 3 times/ week I have never seen a noticable differance after only one hour one time. Sorry!

No not even if you sweat your butt off. I've worked out several times that much and never lost a 1/2 inch, that fast. It is a very slow process. Only Lipo suction can do that. Face the fact you lost your bet.

no...unless you have a lot of water retention and you take a diuretic to shed the extra water. (don't go doing that now!!!). There's no way you can lose half an inch after working out for an hour...unless it's by sucking in your gut.

actually you can ... there's this fitness center place where they basically cover you in bags and you work out on a treadmill-like thing for an hour ... because you're insulated, you sweat even more ... i saw it on tv and one lady, who wasn't that fat, lost 13 inches total! ... i saw it on Modern Girl's Guide to Life on Style Network .... i'm sorry i don't remember the name of the place where you can go to have it done

sounds gross but it works. take preparation h and apply to you belly and sides. wrap your midsection in plastic wrap. walk or jog for half our 45mins, should take about 1/2 to 1 inch of your waist. again, it's a matter of getting rid of watter weight.
