Sorry, I've only given them. From what patients have told me, it feels like having diarrhea. There are different products one can use for enemas. The intensity of the sensation has a lot to do with the method you use, i.e. Fleets, gravity, soapsuds, etc. No one has ever mentioned it "feeling good." But "famous people" sometimes claim that it leaves you with a sense of cleansing.

I had one when I was trying to go into labor at the hospital. It does not hurt, but is very uncomfortable. It felt like I was going to explode.
