that is all anxiety trust me dear i have suffered with that since i was 14 years old. when you pay attention to your heart rate you will notice it most. anxiety will happen when you think it wont, you might think that you have a "serious" problem but all thats been going on really takes a toll on a person i could only imagine how you feel. try to ignore it when you realize it the most. if you over look it instead of dwelling on it it will most likely go away but if you focus on it it will seem to get worse, try it. if not no sugar or caffeine..good luck

Meditation or yoga will do it while you are doing the meditations and/or yoga.

Anxiety, stress, lots of different things can make the heart beat faster. If it is your blood pressure going up, then that is due to other stuff.

You may want to check out www.hufa.org, the symptoms link, to see if you may be having symptoms of high insulin (hyperinsulinemia) manifesting as low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). High insulin is part of the cause of high blood pressure.

That's really strange, not sure what's up there? But I know many professional athletes have really low heart rates, like Lance Armstrong. I know that my heartrate dropped after I started running every other day. So you may want to try something like that.

Stop freaking yourself out about your heart rate. Go to your doctor and tell them your situation. You may just need something for all the shock you have been thru.I had something similar happen and I had to take anti depressants for about 6 months. Ever since everything has been great.

Yes, you can make your heart rate go slower. Try meditation and yoga because it sounds like you are having anxiety issues.

Exercise and get your heart healthy. Also try to eliminate all other stress, and that should bring it down. If you are worried about it, you should go to a doctor.
