Wal Mart has Accelis, stuff with Hoodia and other diet pills. Also, I can't use stuff with guarana or ephedra.

The past 3 days I've had heartburn. I'm 24, and I think I've had heartburn one other time in my life. It's mainly in my esophagus. And today it is giving me a headache. My diet hasn't changed, and I eat pretty healthy foods. I don't like taking pain medicine if I don't know what's causing the pain. Treat the problem not the sympton. Can anybody give me any suggestions what may be causing it?

I was running today in platform type sandals and I "fell" off of one of my sandals and somewhat twisted my foot. I hurt the top-side of my foot and the pain has continued to get worse over the past 3 hours. I can put some weight on my foot and I can manage to walk with a big limp and a good deal of pain. There is only minor swelling so I have figured that it is nothing and will just go away. I have iced it, but it's only hurting more and more. Could it just be a muscle or tendon problem in my foot? Any home-care advice? I have a big day tomorrow with work and if I wake up in the condition my foot is in now, I'm not sure how I will pull it off. Does anyone have any input as to what could be wrong with my foot? Thanks.

Ok here is the story. I have a freind who is my best friend I live with him, but we are not together. We do not have sex and we never have. I just found out that he has a std. Well I am the one who cleans his bathroom. I have never thought to be careful with his toilit or anything because of how close we are. Also, there was a day when I went to the bathroom and some of the water with some pee splashed on me. I whiped it off right away, I was really tired and did not relize it had not been flushed. Also, there have been times when we have shred towels. I think I may be at risk too. Since I have moved in with him I have goten 2 urinary tract infections. I am scared. Should I be?
