I go for a run, which usually works great. Any form of exercise helps relieve stress. I also sometimes go shopping, but that can be dangerous to my bank account, so don't do that often. I've heard a nice hot bath with calming music also helps.

running is a good stress relief, doing something for some is also like; holding the door for someone. letting someone go before you in line, buying someone a gift, a card, write a letter, tell your spouse you love them, take a warm bath, read the Bible {Psalms} is a good place. plan a shopping trip. go to your favorite restaurant.

Lie down on the sofa and just chill. The sofa is always more relaxing than the bed.

Go to youtube, watch some war videos and then you'll that your life is actually pretty cool compared to others.

I go dancing. The steamier and sexier the dance the better I feel afterwards. Club dancing doesn't really do the trick for me. It has to be salsa or something equally energizing...
