I've tired strips but honestly they are too aren't convient enough for me. If you brush your teeth like 5 times a day they start to get whiter. Sometimes I just randomly brush after I go to the batheroom.

You'll notice a difference in like a week.

You could take all of the suggestions you've gotten so far or just leave it alone. All whitening products do is take off layers of enamel, eventually your teeth will be thinner and more sensitive, if you have sensitive teeth then don't do it....I was just using a whitening toothpaste and my teeth were super sensitive after using it for a couple of weeks, it hurt to breathe through my mouth.

If you don't want to use harsh abrasives you can brush your teeth with baking soda before or after you brush your teeth with toothpaste. It tastes funny but works great.

Crest Whitestrips are great. I tried the Remebrant toothpaste stuff, didn't work that well and they made my gums REALLY sensitive :[
