I am getting my wart excised tomorow. The nurse said they freeze the foot, and cut out the wart. She said the freezing hurts, so I should take an advil before. Does it matter if I take tylenol? I'm about 125 pounds, when would be the best time to take the stuff before the procedure? half an hour, 10 minutes, ect.... Is this a big procedure, and what else should I know (tips, ect...) before tomorow morning?

take it an hour before the procedure this way it has time to work thru your system.

I would take it at least 30 minutes before the freeze. Not a big procedure; the doctor will probably do it in his office. But I found out an amazing thing earlier this year. My friend's son has warts on his feet and a podiatrist told him that "they" (whomever they are) did a study on Acid Reflux and heartburn and a lot of the patients in the study had warts. They were testing the medicine Tagamet and while the patients were taking the Tagamet- in the patients that had warts as well, the warts went away!

Dont worry about it. You are making too much of a big deal out of nothing. I have had a wart frozen on my hand at least 3 times and the damned thing keeps coming back. It doesn't hurt. I promise you.
Paint your toes and make them look really pretty for the doctor and hold your foot up for him. No pain worth worrying over.
You will do fine. They put the freezing medicine on your wart with a q tip and swirl it for about 45 seconds and thats all there is to it. Nothing hurts. It swells up like a big blood blister and after about the 1st time you shower this big blood blister falls off and then you put a bandaid on it.
It takes about a couple weeks to heal. If you are lucky, it wont come back.

Take an Aleve instead... I don't believe in Tylenol anymore... Take it about an hour before the procedure...

Why didn't you ask the nurse these things? Just take it an hour before and you will be fine. Tylenol is OK.
