It seems like I always have a twitch somewhere. Even on the inside. What causes this?

i have never had to take pills routinely, but because of arthritis, i will now. i don't want to have to carry my pill bottle around (i feel like the tic-tacs guy from seinfeld) and often times i have forgotten it at work or home. any helpful ideas to introduce it into my routine would be appreciated.

Like I said above I am getting braces. Today I just got the spacers put in between my teeth and I have them in for two weeks. Next week I get the bands put in, and more spacers. Then in three weeks I get everything done: Braces, etc. SO I have a few questions:

Does the pain get worse?, cause right now just the spacers kill!

What type of Pain killers do I take for the pain?

And um.....If you have anything else that you want to add about braces please tell me.

Is it possible to not have a period, just a yellowish-y discharge? I've been to the doc, and he says it's not anykind of infection; he's tested me 4 or 5 times. What is it? Could it be BV? What are the symptoms of BV? It also smells like vinegar.

He takes one Nexium pill a day but it just doesn't seem to be working anymore. The type of symptoms he's experiencing is trouble swallowing, lower back pain, burning sensation, difficulty breathing etc. What he do for some relief? Is there any home remedies that work?
