Personally I don't think so. I have been a really heavy user (a pot or more a day for more than 20 years now) and I do not believe that I am any the worse from it. I have also known many other people that consume it as I do who also believe that it has not harmed them. I absolutely love the stuff and even if it is bad for me, I suppose that it is better than me drinking a 750 ml bottle of Jack Daniels a day for the last 20 years. I do believe that it may stain my teeth but with proper oral hygiene, that effect can be minimized.

It can be, if not taken in moderation. At the end of the day, caffiene is a drug and should be treated as such.

Studies have been performed on the relationship between coffee consumption and many medical conditions, ranging from diabetes and cardiovascular disease to cancer and cirrhosis.

Studies are contradictory as to whether coffee has any specific health benefits, and similarly results are conflicting with respect to negative effects of coffee consumption. In addition, it is often unclear whether these risks or benefits are linked to caffeine or whether they are to be attributed to other chemical substances found in coffee (and whether decaffeinated coffee carries the same benefits or risks).

One fairly consistent finding has been the reduction of diabetes mellitus type 2 in coffee consumers, an association which cannot be explained by the caffeine content alone and indeed may be stronger in decaffeinated coffee.

Coffee is actually good for you, in proportion, just like many other foods. Coffee has antioxidants, and can help with many neurological problems like migraines. The only time you should limit your coffee intake is during pregnancy or if you have high blood pressure.

If you feel that way change to De-Caf like I did. Doesn't seem to have made a great difference...I'm still as daft as I was. I drink about 7 - 8 cups a day of the stuff.

Too much of anything could be harmful. I was drinking 12-14 cups a day, and believed it was reaping havoc on my adrenals. A friend recommended A.C.T. --- WOW! A.C.T. gave me energy and a sort of happy, euphoric feeling. I wouldn't be without it. I believe the ingredients are actually good for you...
