Potatoes actually are the highest source of Potassium (even though bananas are usually credited as the number one source).

Pears. They have more Potassium than bananas or OJ.

I am a scuba diver and drink pear juice all the time to prevent leg muscle cramps.

if you check the mlm's. (multi level marketing) there is this stuff called KM or matol. its high in potassium too, all natural. I hate mlm's but this stuff was great. I have high blood pressure and for 7 years needed no meds because of this drink..

note, if you get it. put it in the fridge, and sip coffee afterwards, its kinda bleh. but MAN it makes ya feel great.

Kiwi and Pomegranates have more potassium in them, then bananas and O.J.
