I have these patches on my legs that have little bumps in them. They kinda look like a rash but they don't itch or hurt or anything...just these little tiny bumps, a millimeter in diameter if that. I've had them a long time. Anyone know how I can get rid of them?

It's probably just foliculitis ... basically ingrown hairs. You could check with your doctor to confirm, or you could try to exfoliate the area twice a day in the shower with a scrub or a loofa.

Its just Eczema. Won't kill ya. Its an autoimmune condition where your skin doesn't shed its layers properly. Try lotions and such.
