Often not being aroused occurs because we are getting older. However, that doesn't mean you have to put up with it! Talk to your doctor and make sure there isn't a biological reason. Next, be patient with yourself. Pamper yourself and pamer your partner and vice versa. Spend some time getting in touch with yourself literally and figuratively. Sometimes we need to find new tricks to get turned on. Stress also decreases the sex drive. If you're stressed, you really do need to make time for yourself and your partner. Get in touch with your fantasy life. Write down some of your fantasies. If you feel up to it, explore some of the "safer" fantasies. If all else fails, fake it. Sometimes we have to fake being in the mood and hope we actually get in the mood! Oftentimes I do fake the mood...my bf thinks I'm a nymphomaniac at times. The reason I do this is because I know he enjoys the ego boost of being desirable (who doesn't?!), and I know that I love the physical connection when we start getting into it. That doesn't mean I orgasm--because it's virtually impossible for me to do that, but I love the sensations and being with my partner. I hope that gives you a few suggestions...and one more thing that may be useful (and fun): Hitachi Magic Wand.

A few questions for you.......How are old you and are you male or female?
If your male then you start loosing you sex drive in your mid to late 20's, but don't worry it comes back in full swing in your 40's.
If you female you start getting a sex drive in mid to late 20's and then start to loose it toward your late 40's when menopause hits.
Or you could just be stressed out. I wouldn't worry too much about. If it persists for months on end I would maybe consult a doctor. You know it could that you don't exercise enough too. Try a cardo exercise for 30 mins a day for the next 2 months. I will bet your sex drive will come back

Could be any number of things. Could be change in diet. But most likely is hormone change due to birth control pills. Tell your doc and try a different type.

There could be a number of reasons. Some physical, psychological and even emotional. Try changing your daily routine and then see a doc.
