It seems like I always have a twitch somewhere. Even on the inside. What causes this?

You may be calcium deficient, have a sodium imbalance, or have a potassium imbalance. All of those can cause twitches, muscle spasms and cramps. Try some Tums, a banana, and a couple of potato chips. Should help. :)

You should talk to your doctor in case this is a sign of an onset of a serious condition. It may just be that you are ultrasensitive to your body's nervous twitches, but it is a good idea to get it checked out.

if u use myth alot that makes u twitch,if u are not a drug user i dont know u should go to a doctor.

id k what causes it but i can tell u that it happens to me to but i was told that it isothing to worry about as long as it does not hurt but when it does hurt go c the doctor amedatly
