I went to the doctor yesterday and was a little upset to find out I've gained 4 lbs. since my last visit a month ago. (no I'm not pregnant) Any advice on how to get this 4 lbs. in check before it creeps up to 40??

i think i have genital herpes!!!!! please help!!!?

hi. i think i have genital herpes and i am really scared. more than anything!!!! i have only slept with 4 guys in the past 2 years and i dont know if i got it from one of them or if i gave it to any of them. the symptoms didnt start showing up until i started sleeping with my current boyfriend who i love more than anything. im going down to the local planned parenthood on monday to hopefully get checked out! so if anyone has any advice on genital herpes in general or how to tell my boyfriend that i have it if the test comes back positive. so please help me im really scared!!!!

what is the best way to help from getting food stuck in the pockets in the back of the throat of tonsils?
