Crying is not bad for you in any quantity.
If you cried blood it would be different and might indicate an illness or infection, and you would need to see a doctor. Until that happens, you're fine.

It means you are EXTREMELY DEHYDRATED to the point where the only liquid in your body is blood. You can become so by crying excessively and not replenishing your body with water. Crying blood is an extremely serious case and if this is happing o you, call your doctor IMMEDIATLY!
Other then the above reason crying does not have bad effect . It's good for you because it gets rid of dirt in the eyes

Crying helps your eyes. For example: what happens when you get a spec of dust in your eye? They water to clean it out. It's a defense mechanism. I've never seen anyone cry blood, but perphaps they had a blood nose backed up and it went through the tear duct. Either way, I wouldn't imagine it'd be serious. I'd go to the doctor to see what he says about it.

Crying doesn't hurt your eyes, but it does dehydrate you. De hydration makes your skin sag and leaves you with dark lines under your eyes where your bone shoes through your sagging skin.
I think crying out blood probably means you burst a blood vessel. See your doctor if your worried about it. If you crying allot you may want to see your doctor anyway... about depression.
I hope you're happier soon, my lovely.

my eye doctor told me that crying doesn't mess your eyes up. it just gives you a headache and swollen eyes. if blood is coming out from somewhere it ain't supposed to you should go to the emergency room.
