What's the best way to treat ingrown hairs in order to get them out and stop them coming back? I want to remove hair either by shaving or epilating but will that cause more ingrown hair? Whats the best method of hair removal? - without costing the earth. I was wondering if it is possible to get a cream (not a hair removing cream as such) but one that will permenantly reduce the amount of hair. I have dark hair, and more than my fair share!!

I believe, for all you people who are asking health questions. You should invest in a Merck Medical Manual of Medical Information Home Edition. It is the best medical reference I have ever read. It has answers about everything. I use it every time somebody has a question. I have bought several of them to give away as gifts even. You can get one for about $20 at any book store, and even cheaper at a used book store. It doesn't matter if you buy the first or second adition, they're both about the same. Trust me, this is a good investment. To see it, and look up it's contents online. Go to www.merck.com It's the one with the red cover.

ok i have had this wart for like a year now and its not going away! ive tried everything from duct tape to dr sholls wart remover. I sweat all the time. Doesn't matter hot/cold...I sweat and it is getting worse! Just under my arms...no where else...deoderant does not help, I have tried them all...seriously....before I started taking it I hardly ever sweated under my arms...I'd have to be REALLY hot...now...I'm just typing on the computer in airconditioning and sweating. Just wanted to know if anyone else has the same side effect because this can't continue but I really hate to stop taking it. Any suggestions? Or comments?

I spend a lot of time on the computer (about 7-8 hours a day just at work) and I just got glasses because I'm near sighted. I'm wondering should I take my glasses off when I use the computer? I have a habit of staying up late on the computer, surfing the net or whatever so I think that's what causes my eyesight to deteriorate in the first place.
