I take a, c, chornium, fish oil, weight smart, and estroven. Do i need to take e or less of something.

I would recommend you taking a full spectrum vitamin, something like Centrum. That should give you all you really need. You have to be careful these days with all these "health foods". Many of this stuff hasn't been tested for long term use, and it isn't refined, it's crude. So it may actually be harder on the body, or the body may not be able to use it. Every company has it's "polls and test results" that it "proves" to the consumers that they're the best. This is only a marketing ploy. The best person who can give you advice over dietary suppliments would be your physician. Please be careful what you take......best of luck to you........

so most of these help in the weight department at 43 yes u need vitamins 1st go see your doc and take it from there u may need less of one thing but more of the other.

because they are very good for ur bone
