breath deeply and slowly. Then, do something mindless like listen to some relaxing music with headphones on so you can tune everything else out. Video game are surprisingly mindless as well. All you think about it the game when you're playing. Going for a walk can help too.

Any activity that helps you to unplug from the cause of your stress. Watching a movie, reading a book, talking with friends, etc. There is not just one way to relieve stress - find what makes you happy and do it.

My boss tells me that we get stressed when we are unable to accept certain things or facts. I think it's true.

Everytime I get stressed, I now ask myself why am I not accepting this fact. By answering myself, I find ways to overcome it. Acting is always the best way to deal with stress. Leaving things that worries us makes things worst. A situation usually does not goes away by itself unless acted upon.

Another way I deal with stress is to read self help books. I would recommend the following three books:
1. The Magic of Thinking Big
2. Don't Sweat the small stuff
3. Success Principles

Lastly, i try to master the art of ignoring things or events that makes me stressed!

Check out a site I created when I was stressed! Haha! http://stress.50webs.com which eventually led to http://www.wanginternet.com

I like to watch my fish tanks when I'm stressed or bored. It seems to serve either purpose. This is especially helpful with community tanks, where all the fish get along.

Those squeeze ball thingies are cool too. I don't know what they're called.

Just close your eyes and think of the good things that happened in ur life... Be grateful by looking at the people who are not as blessed as you, and who might have more problems in life...

If nothing works, hold on to a tree in ur backyard and scream your guts out.
