you need antibiotics before maybe having them removed but they usually grow out of it

May have to have surgery to remove the tonsils and the adenoids. This is normal for kids, a simple surgery, and its better to do it while they're young. The older they are, the more dangerous the surgery can become. Mine were removed when I was around 9 years old........best thing to happen to me. Best of luck to you.........

Remove the tonsils. I am really surprised that your doctor has not already suggested this.

Best bet would be to first of all find an Ear Nose Throat doc in your area. Prolly needs surgery. Lemme tell ya, its easier for them to go through the surgery now then later!!!

Go to your GP, asked to be referred for a tonsillectomy.

If your doctor hasn't done anything about it change doctors...what are you waiting for...my daughter is going to be two and I would've done something about it already....good luck
