I would like to get the veins removed but I have to wait for my insurance to kick in. In the meantime, is it OK to use asprin for the pain?

While Bayer aspirin is a great pill for many aches and pains, I wouldn't recommend an aspirin of any kind because it also is a blood thinner.................
I think you would get relief if you used something like Tylenol.You should get the comfort and no blood thinner. good luck
