here's the thing: these past days when i do #2, i bleed because it's so hard and dry. Like something is hard against your skin....People i seriously dont want hemorroids or anything else! PLZ SOS! for the sake of my butt PLZ! HELP!

I think I have an eating problem - I constantly think about my weight and compare myself to other girls. I currently weigh 147 lbs (I weighed 132 last summer). All I think about is food and I constantly splurge on sweets even when I am not hungry. HOwever it only makes me feel guilty afterwards. But I have never thrown anything up - I can't do that, it's too gross. I started working out this week. What should I do?

I go to the tredmill bi-daily and I do all the stretches, however my muscles seem to be tightening up while I am on the tredmill lately. Why? and how can I stop that?

I know that midwives can perform physicals and they are not considered medical doctors but I was wondering if holistic practitioners have the same opportunities. Most of them can give herbal medicine and treat people for things. I don't think midwives give herbal remedies.

Four days ago my son accidentally came down with his knee in the center of my stomach, to where I almost passed out from the pain. After that I was in a lot of pain, but I thought it would go away. Since then I get very dizzy and my stomach is now swollen almost twice the size as normal. I have stomach pain that stays with me , but sometimes it is so excruciating I am not sure what to do.
